I learned a lot about surviving in the wilderness from this fun, hands-on experience! I loved learning how to make a shelter and then making our own and using a flint and steel to light a small fire. This was an amazing field trip because of Manu. She taught us so much about the wilderness and how to survive! Thank you Manu!👍

I loved how fun I learned with flint and steel and showed it to my parents. Thank you for everything to make a great field trip in california! “I really loved making the shelters with my friends”
I really loved making the shelters with my friends, grabbing stuff and making a shelter. I also loved making fire with fuzz. I liked using something grown ups use.
